Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Technical Services Team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient handling of technical queries, specifications, and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement, implementing best practice processes, standards, and systems across the department
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage risk, resolve complex issues, and support strategic development initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role within a technical services or construction-related environment
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, technical specifications, and building envelope systems
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- A relevant qualification or equivalent experience within construction, engineering, or technical disciplines
