What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead, coach and develop the Technical Services team, driving performance against key objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality technical support, specifications & reporting.
  • Implement best practice processes, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to resolve complex issues and support strategic growth.

What we’re looking for:

  • Senior leadership experience within technical services or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, specifications & building envelope systems.
  • A confident, people-focused leader with proven coaching and performance management skills.
  • Relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) in construction, engineering, or similar.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
