The Talent Division is supporting our client in Felixstowe to appoint an HR Business Partner on a 22.5 hour week.

You will partner with the leadership team, coach managers, oversee end-to-end HR, handle employee relations, and drive engagement while balancing operational needs with strategic thinking.
