Pay rate: £30 per hour The Talent Crowd are recruiting for a qualified Social Worker in the Salford City Council area. Working hours   09.00 – 17.00 Access to a car Manage duty desk within the older adult CMHTComplete assessments in the community following new referrals Hold a small case load for care coordination Role is office based but includes home / care home visits to complete assessments.
