Immediate Start – 3 Months Ongoing*** *** Manchester City Centre*** *** £14.50 – £16 per hour*** We currently have an immediate start temporary opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our client for a 3 month ongoing assignment. Your role will be to support the smooth running of the department providing administrative support to the department leaders. The post-holder will take responsibility for the administrative processes including diary management, arranging of meetings and events and assisting with the organising travel arrangements. The successful applicant will also be responsible for dealing with estates and building queries and ensuring that all financialo processes and ordering of goods are completed in a timely and efficient manner. There will also be a requirement to maintain general offices procedures and records. Duties Include: Overall administrative support to the department Providing PA and Administrative support to department heads Maintaining and updating system records with appropriate reference to current date protection Proactive organisation and servicing of meetings Working alongside the finance department to raise purchase orders and check that invoices are paid Co-ordinating organisation events Person Specification: Knowledge and experience of providing PA and administrative support Experience of working with Microsoft Office Excellent organisational skills Good analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues Hours of Work – Monday to Friday – 35 hours per week All successful applicants will be contacted within 48 hours of application Good Luck with your application
