The company builds intelligent and scalable AI solutions for their clients and uniquely adopts specific principles which help them operate with both high-speed agility and operational rigour. They are in an exciting growth phase and looking for a strong TA Lead to join them as the sole Talent Acquisition representative in the office.

The role:

  • As the first Talent Acquisition in the London office, you'll have the opportunity to shape the function for both London and South Africa, while having the support of a TA team based in another location.
  • This is a true mix of executional recruiting work alongside working on value add TA such as process improvement, DEI, onboarding.
