The Talent Collective are excited to be partnering up with a premium global technology IT consultancy based in multiple international locations. The company builds intelligent and scalable AI solutions for their clients and uniquely adopts specific principles which help them operate with both high-speed agility and operational rigour. They are in an exciting growth phase and looking for a strong TA Lead to join them as the sole Talent Acquisition representative in the office.

As the first Talent Acquisition in the London office, you'll have the opportunity to shape the function for both London and South Africa, while having the support of a TA team based in another location. This is a true mix of executional recruiting work alongside working on value add TA such as process improvement, DEI, onboarding & retention and employer branding. There is genuine opportunity for this role to grow into a broader Head of TA role for the right person in the future. You'll be responsible for Engineering and GTM hiring predominantly.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years experience recruiting technical/engineering roles successfully in the UK
  • A strong and creative sourcer, you'll know where to find talent and already be using AI tools to help you do this
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, as a stand alone TA Lead you'll need to be able to collaborate effectively with C-level and have presence at functional lead meetings
  • A proven track record of continuous improvement of TA processes and systems
  • Additionally, experience recruiting in South Africa would be highly desirable
  • For this role, you must be already based in the UK with the right to work.
