A Senior Project Manager role has become available for a specialist joinery and cabinetry studio who have been producing extraordinary handmade commissions for over fifteen years. They create bespoke pieces for some of the most discerning private clients and interior designers in the world. Every project is different, and every cabinet, panel, and fitted piece is made with the care and precision that defines the super-prime residential sector.

They are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has lived and breathed this world, someone who understands bespoke joinery from the ground up, can manage complex site programmes, and holds the trust of clients and contractors at the highest level. This is not a desk job; you will be hands-on, present on site, and genuinely invested in the quality of what gets delivered.

Project Manager Role: You will take full ownership of projects from initial site survey through to final sign-off and client handover. This includes overseeing surveys, managing programmes, controlling costs and variations, coordinating manufacturing, organising deliveries and installations, and ensuring that every site reflects the studio's uncompromising standards. Day to day, you will be attending sites alongside the draughtsman, cross-checking surveys, monitoring site readiness ahead of installation, reporting on variations and CVR costs to client teams, procuring subcontractor packages and specialist materials, managing RAMS submissions, coordinating logistics, leading daily progress reporting, and implementing rigorous quality control and snagging processes. You will be the link between the production workshop, the client teams, the main contractors, and the installation teams.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in project management within the super-prime or high-end residential joinery sector
  • Strong technical knowledge of bespoke joinery, materials, and manufacturing methods
  • Confidence reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency with Smartsheets and familiarity with CAD drawings
  • Commercial awareness: budgets, variations, CVR reporting
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Understanding of health and safety standards and best practices
  • Full UK driving licence

What Is on Offer:

  • £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
  • Private medical insurance
  • Company pension scheme
  • 20 days annual leave
  • Travel expenses for site-based staff
  • Genuine career progression within a fast-growing group with ambitious plans

This is a role for someone who takes real pride in what they deliver and wants to be part of a team building a reputation for the finest joinery in the country. To apply or to find out more in confidence, contact Carlos Garcia at The Talent Branch.
