Field-Based Role with Van Provided

Your Choice: £30,000 - £45,000 OTE + Bonuses + Van + Tools

The Employed Option includes:

  • A basic salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 per year
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Optional double-pay weekend overtime
  • A fully serviced company van with fuel card
  • Tools, laptop and mobile phone provided
  • A 12-week paid training and induction programme
  • Regular 6-month salary reviews
  • Access to a modern head office and on-site training centre

The Self-Employed Option includes:

  • Higher rate of earnings with £45,000+ OTE
  • Fully flexible working

What the role involves:

  • Visiting customers in their homes to carry out furniture and upholstery repairs
  • Working on fabric and leather furniture including sofa arms, cushions, stitching, frames, and recliners
  • Logging repairs and completing job reports via laptop using company software
  • Delivering excellent customer service and resolving problems on the spot

What we are looking for:

  • A background in upholstery, furniture repair, furniture restoration, or a practical hands-on trade
  • A professional, positive approach to customer service
  • Confidence working independently and diagnosing furniture faults
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend work if required

Full Training Provided

No Mobile Repair Experience Needed: If you have strong upholstery, furniture repair, or practical hands-on skills but have not done mobile repair work before, that is not a problem. You will receive a full 12-week paid onboarding programme, on-the-road support, and training on digital systems from day one. All we ask for is the right attitude, a genuine pride in craftsmanship, and a willingness to learn.
