The Employed Option includes:
- A basic salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 per year

What the role involves:
- Visiting customers in their homes to carry out furniture and upholstery repairs
- Working on fabric and leather furniture including sofa arms, cushions, stitching, frames, and recliners
- Logging repairs and completing job reports via laptop using company software
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving problems on the spot
What we are looking for:
- A background in upholstery, furniture repair, furniture restoration, or a practical hands-on trade
- A professional, positive approach to customer service
- Confidence working independently and diagnosing furniture faults
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility for occasional weekend work if required
Full Training Provided
No Mobile Repair Experience Needed: If you have strong upholstery, furniture repair, or practical hands-on skills but have not done mobile repair work before, that is not a problem. You will receive a full 12-week paid onboarding programme, on-the-road support, and training on digital systems from day one. All we ask for is the right attitude, a genuine pride in craftsmanship, and a willingness to learn.
