The Opportunity
- Upholstery repairs and re-covering
- Leather repair and restoration
- Stitching and seam repairs
- Recliner and electronic mechanism fault-finding and repair
- Cabinet and wood polishing
- Scratch and surface repairs on a wide range of furniture
Training starts in the company’s state-of-the-art training centre, where you will learn and practice on real furniture in a controlled environment. You will then continue your development out in the field, working alongside experienced Furniture Technician experts in customers' homes. All of this is done on full-time pay from day one.

What You Will Be Doing (Once Trained)
- Visiting customers in their homes to inspect and repair furniture
- Carrying out upholstery, leather, frame, mechanism and surface repairs to a high standard
- Using your technical and practical skills to diagnose issues and fix them on the spot where possible
- Providing a professional, friendly service and explaining work to customers clearly
- Managing your own day once you are fully competent, with support always available from the technical team
Who We Are Looking For
- You do not need to be a fully qualified upholsterer already. We are looking for people who:
- Have some hands-on experience in upholstery, furniture, automotive trim, joinery, carpentry, surface repair, bathroom/kitchen fitting or similar practical trades
- Are technically minded and enjoy problem solving
- Have strong practical skills and good hand-eye coordination
- Show excellent attention to detail; you care about the finish and quality of your work
- Are great with people; friendly, polite and able to put customers at ease in their homes
- Are ambitious, have the right attitude and want to build a long-term, well-paid career
- Are flexible to travel across London and the surrounding regions as part of the role
- Hold a full UK driving licence
If you bring the attitude, ambition and basic practical ability, they will provide the training, tools and ongoing support.
