This is a hands-on bench role suited to a skilled Cabinet Maker or Joiner who takes real pride in close tolerance, high quality craftsmanship and wants to build a career with a genuine bespoke and luxury furniture maker rather than a volume production environment.

- Cabinet jointing and assembly using modern fixing methods and power tool jointers
- Working with a variety of fine timbers, veneers and manufactured boards
- Fitting drawer runners, hinges and other modern furniture hardware
- Operating wood machinery safely and to a good standard of accuracy
- Assisting with veneering work such as cutting, jointing and pressing, with training and progression available for the right candidate
What we're looking for:
- Proven bench experience as a Cabinet Maker, Cabinetmaker, Bench Joiner or Furniture Maker on bespoke, fine or luxury furniture and cabinetry
- Comfortable reading and working from technical construction drawings
- Competent and safe operating a range of wood machinery
- High standards of accuracy, finish and craftsmanship
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a small team
- Veneering experience is desirable but not essential; training can be given to the right candidate
The package: This is a permanent, full-time position based on site near Rugby, Warwickshire, offering £30,000- £36,000 depending on experience, working on genuinely bespoke, luxury furniture and cabinetry.
How to apply: To apply, please submit your CV, ideally highlighting specific examples of bespoke furniture or cabinet making projects you have worked on. Applications focused on general joinery, carpentry or DIY experience with no bespoke furniture background will not be progressed.
