The Talent Arc has opened applications for its March 2026 free, Back2business bootcamp for Career Returners in Marketing, Comms, Media and Sponsorship. Havas Media Network are our key headline partner and host for the 2026 programme for the second year.
Eligibility
- Over 10 years of experience in marketing, sports marketing, media, PR and communications.
- Over 3 years out of the workplace for caring reasons.
- Are keen to get back into the workplace in 2026.
- Are available for all days of the programme and eligible to work in the UK with a valid work permit.
Programme Overview
The intensive 6‑day boot camp includes modules on AI and the new work landscape, personal development, job searching and marketing and communications sector skills. The final day features a delegate networking event, where up to 25 representatives from leading companies attend to meet delegates.
Schedule
The programme will run in Central London for 6 days over two weeks.
- Week 1 – 16th, 18th & 19th March.
- Week 2 – 23rd, 25th & 26th March.
Benefits
The programme is free for delegates to participate and there are travel bursaries available.
