The Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telephone Operator to join our Taunton team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, taking bookings, and supporting the smooth running of our dispatch operation. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
