Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £35,000 per annum

12 Month fixed term contract

We have an immediate requirement for an overseer of creative operations to administrate the smooth running of the creative team for a transgenerational, multi-cultural inner-city faith group: The Tab Church, London. With a vibrant congregation and a national and global online reach, we aim to set the standard for digital ministry that is spiritually enriching, culturally relevant, and creatively excellent.

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Manager to lead, coordinate, and grow a multidisciplinary creative team that consists of creatives, graphic designers, content creators, social media strategists, and videographers—spanning volunteers, employees, and freelance contractors. This role will focus on driving strategic content planning, inspiring creative innovation, and managing a team of designers, editors, content producers, and social media specialists.

This includes overseeing the team delivery of graphic design, video content, motion graphics, branding, social media campaigns, and visual storytelling for worship services, events, conferences, and ministry initiatives. The successful candidate will balance faith-driven creativity with exemplary organisational leadership to amplify the voice and mission of the church across digital platforms with excellence.
