The T-Shirt Factory is seeking a Warehouse Transformation Lead for a hybrid, on-site with remote flexibility role. The initial hands-on work is approx. 3 days per week, with advisory duties later in the programme, starting ASAP.
You will redesign warehouse, production and dispatch processes and map them into a new ERP-enabled operating model, guiding governance and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation.
