We are seeking a creative, organised and proactive Communications and Reprographics Coordinator to join our growing Trust team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with strong graphic design, communication and administrative skills to play a key role in supporting our schools and the wider Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a professional reprographics service to The Sweyne Park School whilst leading on Trust-wide communications, website management and brand development, working closely within the Trust Leadership team.

We are seeking applicants who have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects whilst ensuring consistency and quality across all communications and marketing materials.

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive reprographics, communications and design service across the Trust, ensuring all internal and external communications reflect the Trust's values, vision and professional standards.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the secondary school's reprographics requirements, maintaining Trust and school websites, developing high-quality marketing materials, and managing a suite of branded documentation and templates that promote a consistent and professional image across all schools within the Trust., Reprographics Support

  • Reprographics Support
  • Provide a comprehensive reprographics service including photocopying, printing, laminating, binding and the production of teaching, examination and promotional materials.
  • Manage and prioritise reprographics requests, ensuring work is delivered accurately, confidentially and within agreed timescales.
  • Produce a range of curriculum, administrative, marketing and event materials to support the effective operation of the school and Trust.
  • Maintain reprographics equipment and consumable stock levels, arranging servicing, repairs and orders as required.
  • Ensure all reprographics activities comply with copyright legislation, GDPR requirements and examination regulations.
  • Promote efficient and cost-effective use of reprographics resources across the school.
  • Trust Website Management
  • Maintain and update Trust and school websites, ensuring content remains accurate, current, engaging and compliant with statutory requirements.
  • Work with school leaders and departments to create and publish news stories, achievements, events and key announcements.
  • Monitor website performance, user engagement and accessibility, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all websites reflect Trust branding standards and provide a professional online presence for stakeholders and the wider community.
  • Design and Development of Trust Marketing Materials
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, event programmes, banners and promotional content.
  • Develop engaging visual content for digital platforms.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with Trust branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all schools.
  • Support recruitment, admissions and stakeholder engagement activities through the creation of professional promotional materials.
  • Management of Trust Branded Documentation and Templates
  • Produce, manage and maintain a suite of Trust-wide branded templates and documentation for both internal and external use.
  • Ensure consistency in formatting, branding and presentation across policies, reports, presentations, letters and official communications.
  • Work with departments and schools to review and update documentation in line with branding and organisational requirements.
  • Maintain version control and accessibility of master templates, ensuring staff have access to the latest approved documents.

Qualifications and Experience

  • GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Reprographics or a related role.
  • Experience using professional design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator) or equivalent design platforms.
  • Experience creating both print and digital communication materials.
  • Experience managing website content using Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience maintaining brand consistency across multiple communication channels and publications.
  • Excellent graphic design skills with a strong eye for visual presentation and detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet competing deadlines.
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Power Point, Excel and Publisher (where applicable).
  • Ability to work independently whilst also building effective working relationships across schools and Trust teams.
  • Professional and adaptable approach with a commitment to high standards.

Desirable

  • Experience working within an education setting, academy trust or public sector organisation.
  • Qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of website accessibility requirements and education sector compliance standards.
  • Photography, videography or content creation experience.
