Inventory Management
- Manage the warehouse finished goods products and ensure efficient delivery of goods.
- Ensure accurate finished goods inventory levels through daily monitoring and cycle counting.
- Monitor, investigate, and rectify stock discrepancies.
- Organise and maintain inventory, storage area and finished goods locations.
- Process and inspect returned goods, updating inventory records accordingly.
- Provide timely departmental reporting on stock levels, cycle counts, and other operational KPIs to the Logistics Manager.
- Liaise with Brand Managers to ensure stock maximisation and HQ Return to Brands.
- Maintain the security integrity of the finished goods area in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Order Fulfilment
- Manage ad-hoc activities and organise shipments to our stores.
- Fulfil orders by picking, packing, and labelling finished goods for retailer, boutique, and e-commerce channels, ensuring adherence to customer and company standards and meeting service level agreements.
- Oversee the order fulfilment process, including returns and adjustments, ensuring accurate data entry and quality standards and SLA targets are met.
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure prompt replenishment and maintenance of required stock levels by receiving and unpacking finished goods and updating inventory systems.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate staff sales orders, ensuring timely fulfilment, accurate processing, and successful distribution of purchased watches.
Shipping and Documentation
- Ensure timely requests for documentation from the Import/Export Specialists for shipments outside the UK.
- Provide support to Shipping Operations when requested, assisting with updates on issues such as lost-in-transit items or redeliveries.
- Assist with the unpacking and packing of incoming and outgoing watch repairs during peak periods or as needed to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
- Oversee and ensure the accurate pre-registration of all Customer Service repairs by the packing team prior to distribution within the facility.
Team Management and Department Performance
- Lead and support the team of storekeepers and goods in/out employees to meet daily operational targets.
- Assign tasks and manage workflows proactively, considering volumes and work types to meet demand.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the Finished Goods and Logistics team.
- Train team members on operational processes, inventory systems, and quality control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reduce errors in picking, packing, and inventory control.
- Identify inefficiencies and work with the Logistics Manager to streamline processes and improve performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to address inventory and order-related queries.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and foster successful collaboration across the CS operation and the wider Logistics team.
