The Senior Retail Sales Advisor provides exceptional experiences for all concession visitors to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets. Working collaboratively with colleagues, the Assistant Concession Manager, and the Blancpain management team, the Retail Sales Advisor ensures that every client receives the high level of service expected of a Blancpain timepiece.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development: Deliver excellent client experiences and follow up promptly and appropriately with prospective clients and owners to meet sales targets. Participate in local activation events aligned with the Brand Universe. Assist colleagues in sales-related tasks such as preparing invoices, gifts, and packaging. Ensure all requests and inquiries via online, email, or phone are addressed promptly. Maintain a high level of sales technique and watchmaking knowledge.
- Concession Operations: Contribute to the proper maintenance of the boutique, including product displays and props setup. Adhere to all operational and security guidelines. Follow security protocols and proper maintenance of stock timepieces.
