We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our boutique in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales: Greet and serve all clients providing a friendly service and delivering a memorable experience. Ensure familiarity with the product range to provide detailed information. Help display merchandise and contribute to reaching sales targets.
  • Security: Assist in controlling shrinkage through attentive action on the shop floor and follow company policies for store operations.
  • Cash Handling/Payment Transactions: Handle all transactions securely, including cash and credit card processing.
  • Care of the Store: Ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times, maintaining good health and safety standards.
  • Communication: Adhere to company policies, attend briefings, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Attend training days and take responsibility for understanding new products to deliver good product knowledge to customers.
  • Other: Undertake all duties as directed by your line manager.

Professional Requirements

  • Experience in the Retail Industry at a sales advisor level.
  • Previous experience in watch/jewellery or prestige retail.
  • Understanding of luxury retail and a passion for OMEGA and watches.
  • Willingness to accommodate shifts and longer trading hours.
  • Experience dealing with international customers and ability to communicate in other languages, such as Mandarin or Arabic.
