Job description
Main Function
The purpose of the role is to take and process orders accurately and efficiently, maintain good administration and provide clear communication with internal stakeholders, the brands and service centre functions.
Key Responsibilities
- To process all sales orders accurately and effectively maintaining The Swatch Group UK quality standards.
- Track and report on sales performance, stock levels, order fulfilment, and promotional activities.
- To maintain good administration in the sales process.
- Tracking shipment dispatches and proactively resolving any logistical delays or discrepancies.
- Providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and key accounts regarding order progress and delivery timelines.
- Collaborating with logistics partners to ensure smooth last-mile delivery to retailers.
- Acting as the main point of contact for return requests.
- Verifying return eligibility and obtaining necessary approvals.
Key Tasks
Order Processing
- Input of data to computer quickly and accurately.
- Communicate push order schedules and volume forecasts to the warehouse in advance.
Administration
- Send backorder reports using excel
- Check status of orders using SAP
Communication
- Liaise with Credit Control in respect of overdue accounts to release orders.
- Communication with the warehouse to coordinate returns from key retailers.
- Clear, professional communication with internal teams
- Any other duty reasonably requested.
