As an Assistant Boutique Manager for SGUK’s OMEGA Boutique you support the Boutique Manager in driving sales and ensuring all operational targets are met and that standards are followed and kept within the boutique. You will also contribute to the recruitment, development, and coaching of the Boutique Team offering motivation, encouragement, and support to the team members.

Maintaining and nurturing an ambassadorial level of customer service, and ensuring this is delivered consistently in your Boutique. You will be required to deploy the Company business plans and strategies, as well as ensuring the Boutique fulfils the brand guidelines set by HQ, and are fully compliant to all Company policies and procedures.
