The Swan Trust is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their finance team in Woking. This role focuses on providing high-quality financial insight to enable informed decisions by school leaders and ensure long-term financial stability.
Working closely with the CFO and senior leaders, the Finance Business Partner will lead on budget planning, produce financial reports, and oversee financial operations while promoting best practices across the Trust. A hybrid working model is an option.
