Working Hours β 36 hours per week. Monday to Thursday, 9.00am β 4.45pm and Friday, 9.00am β 4.30pm β Term time plus 5 weeks (42 weeks per year)
The SWAN Trust are seeking to appoint a Trust Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Multi-Academy Trust. The SWAN Trust is a group of ten local schools who are committed to challenging, supporting and collaborating with each other to enrich the lives of our children. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the central team and strategic direction of the organisation. The position will be a central office based role with the requirement to visit and work at other schools and sites as and when required.
The Trust Accounts Payable Clerk will work under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer to provide effective and efficient processing of financial transactions for a cluster of schools. The ideal candidate will have a financial background and a passion for education, building strong relationships with team members and colleagues in partner schools and external agencies.
