Pub Chef The Swan Inn, Hoxne, Suffolk An independent pub comapany, We are Twenty Six, are looking for an experienced and organised Chef to lead the kitchen at The Swan Inn, a soon to be re-launched village pub serving quality, seasonal food in a relaxed, welcoming setting. This role is about consistent, well-executed pub food, and running a calm, efficient kitchen. Youll have the autonomy to shape menus within a clear framework, while working closely with the General Manager and owners. There is an opportunity to push this pub into a premium bracket with the menu.
