Chilled Pubs are looking for a Restaurant Manager for The Blue Stoops
Salary up to £33,000 depending on experience
As a Restaurant Manager you will be working closely with the General Manager and be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring an excellent guest experience
- Engaging and motivating your team with effective communication skills
As a Restaurant Manager you will need to be:
- Naturally warm and friendly.
- Positive and energetic.
- Attentive and driven to consistently provide a 'WOW' service.
- Confident to work and lead a team in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Passionate about chilled pubs, ensuring your team are as confident and knowledgeable as you are.
