The Sutton Academy is seeking an Assistant Attendance Officer to work under the Assistant Principal and Attendance Officer to support attendance, wellbeing and reintegration of students. The role involves mentoring targeted students, identifying barriers to attendance and reporting to safeguarding and inclusion teams.
You will work closely with the Inclusion Team, Heads of Year, SEND and Safeguarding to deliver interventions, manage communications and help implement strategies to improve.
