The Sutton Academy is seeking a dedicated Reset Room Lead to support vulnerable students, promoting calm, restorative practices and helping learners re-engage with learning after removals. Working closely with the behaviour, pastoral and safeguarding teams, you will monitor progress, maintain confidential records, liaise with families and external agencies, and ensure high standards of conduct and achievement across the academy.
