Job Overview As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist, you will be a key member of our Global IT team. Your primary focus will be on implementing, managing, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 CRM system. Additionally, you will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the entire Dynamics 365 suite, including Finance, HR, and Sales modules, to ensure seamless integration and support across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Project Support: Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Assist in developing and deploying custom tools, such as a quotation system, within the Dynamics environment. Coordinate system testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful deployment. System Maintenance and Optimization: Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Implement system enhancements and customizations to meet evolving business needs. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users across global offices. Integration and Collaboration: Work with the IT team to integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other modules, including Finance, HR, and Sales. Develop workflows and automations using Power Platform tools to enhance system efficiency. Ensure seamless data flow and reporting across all Dynamics applications. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for Dynamics CRM-related inquiries. Gather and document business requirements for CRM and related system enhancements. Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business goals. Experience and Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Comprehensive understanding of the broader Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite, including Finance, HR, and Sales modules. Proficiency with Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power BI. Experience with low-code platforms for custom solution development within Dynamics. Strong understanding of data integration and migration strategies within Dynamics. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience with data migration and system integration projects is advantageous. Working Conditions: This role is based in Watford, with flexibility for remote work two days a week. Occasional travel to other offices may be required.
