The Sustainable Partnership (‘TSP’) is a growing Shoreditch based recruitment company. We are seeking to hire a talented recruitment consultant to deliver to our international client build out of a newly formed Renewable Energy and Sustainability recruitment business. Through partnership with both current and future companies that are leading the global transition to a more sustainable world, our ambition is to become an integral recruitment partner to the wider sustainable eco‑system.
Further to traditional recruitment services, TSP plays a larger role in enabling meaningful conversations for industry leaders to discuss and debate market insights and trends. This involvement in thought leadership enables TSP to provide innovative and forward‑thinking solutions to hiring problems that current and future clients may not have considered yet. TSP is a newly formed brand, spun out of its parent company, Sartre Group. Sartre was founded in 2013 and has built an international presence across specific Finance and Technology verticals. Sartre intends to fully support TSP by replicating past and current successes with the view to providing talent solutions more specifically aligned with the Sustainable sector.

What the position entails:
- Building company and candidate long lists
- Identifying and approaching suitable candidates for our clients utilising various recruitment tools
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of qualified candidates
- Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of potential roles
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from relevant companies
Key Skills Required:
