Overview

A Utility Mapping Surveyor position has opened at Amber Utilities Ltd due to an increased demand of surveys. This position is full time and permanent, with career progression and an opportunity to join a great team in a growing Company with excellent support and recognition. We ideally require a surveyor with 1-2 years utility mapping experience where we can support you in developing your career to senior level.

Details of the job

We carryout a range of diverse utility mapping surveying projects using highly advanced technological equipment. Sites range from simple houses, to complex high street and road surveys, with more than 6 weeks project time. All surveyors are expected to survey to the standards of Amber Utilities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Punctuality, flexibility and professionalism are key skills required for this position.
  • You will need to live in Rugby as the office is located in Rugby, however you would be required to travel nationwide to different sites around the UK.
  • A full & clean UK drivers license is also required.
  • To demonstrate excellent work ethic, knowledge and willingness to deliver a high quality of survey.
  • To be self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team and independently where required.
  • Basic AutoCAD knowledge would be useful but not required as we have staff who CAD the surveyors work.
  • The applicant must have a CSCS card minimum level of Laborers Card, DBS and H&S Training.
