Land Topographical & Measured Building Surveyor
Cadmap Ltd are seeking to recruit experienced Land & Measured Building Surveyors to join the company on a full time employed basis.
The main areas of field work are in London and the South East, Cadmap undertake a variety of projects ranging from small domestic topographical surveys to large retail/commercial measured building surveys.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within the survey industry, a full clean driving license, able to work as a team or individually and be enthusiastic and motivated.
Requirements.
- Minimum 3 years working as a land & building surveyor.
- Ability to work robotically.
- Good knowledge of Leica 1205+ or Geomax total stations.
- Ability to undertake fully connected measured building surveys.
- Good skills working with AutoCAD 2D/3D, knowledge of Revit is advantageous.
A VERY competitive salary and in addition to this, a company van and fuel card will be provided.
