Hook Surveys, established in 2000, brings over 30 years of experience within the surveying and building industry. Over the years, we’ve built an excellent reputation and an expanding portfolio of loyal clients. Due to continued growth, 2015 saw the opening of our Midlands office and the relocation of our main office to Dartford. We are now looking for a motivated Land Surveyor / CAD Technician who wants to transition into a more office‑based role, focusing on the drawing and processing side of surveying.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced Land Surveyor who enjoys the technical, drawing‑focused aspects of the job and wants to take ownership of processing and plotting Topographical and Measured Building Surveys. You will work closely with our operations manager and support the wider survey team, managing projects from initial data processing through to final drawing issue.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ Topographical survey experience
- Strong work ethic: reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team
- Excellent communication, IT, and numeracy skills
- Experience processing survey data and producing 2D drawings
