We are seeking a talented Geospatial Technical Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to support our valued customers with technical queries related to Trimble Survey products, provide training, and create support guides.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, aiming to provide effective solutions in the shortest time possible.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive records of support ticket dialogues using the Happy Fox system.
- Ensure accuracy in customer contact information within the Pipedrive CRM system.
- Consult and collaborate with colleagues in various departments to address customer issues effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and maintain technical proficiency through self-study and training courses.
- Source technical materials beneficial for both internal and external stakeholders and circulate them through the KOREC Knowledge Base.
- Contribute to the creation of user guides, training documents, and associated videos to enhance customer understanding.
- Conduct hardware and software diagnostic tests, troubleshooting issues effectively.
- Assist in the development and compilation of training materials and data.
- Undertake additional duties and tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations to safeguard the interests of the business, our people, and customers.
- Any Site Engineering, Topographic Survey, or GIS experience and/or related educational qualifications.
