Stuart Road Surgery is continuing its journey through a period of transformation and we are inviting applications for a salaried GP to join our expanding clinical team to deliver excellent patient care. Newly qualified GP's are welcome to apply, as are those requiring tier 2 sponsorship. We are considering applications from those who are looking for 4 to 6 sessions per week. We are looking for a GP to cover morning and afternoon sessions. This will include home visits and Duty (On-call) rota as required.
Additional skills such as joint injections and minor surgery would be desirable, but are not essential.
Stuart Road Surgery is a GP and nurse training practice with a patient list size of around 7000 patients, and conveniently located on the edge of Pontefract town centre.
Our clinical team comprises of 2 x GP Partners, 6 x Salaried GP's, 2 x Practice nurses and 1 x HCA along with a team of external staff employed by our Primary Care Network. Our admin team comprises of a around 13 dedicated and supportive admin / reception staff along with our Practice / business manager and Operations Manager.

Salary will be competitive, but dependent upon experience. Salary will be extremely competitive and negotiable dependent upon experience.
