The Surgery @ Aylestone is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Manager to provide maternity cover for approximately 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable individual to lead a small, supportive primary care team, ensuring the smooth running of the practice and delivery of high‑quality patient care.
Main Duties
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operational management of the practice
- Ensure compliance with CQC and NHS contractual requirements
- Support and lead the practice team
- Manage HR processes including rota coordination and staff support
- Oversee financial and administrative functions
- Maintain and improve patient services and experience
- Liaise with external stakeholders including PCN, LMC and ICS
