- 1. Monday to Thursday
6AM-6PM (Days)
6PM-6AM (Nights) - 2. Tuesday to Friday
6AM-6PM (Days)
6PM-6AM (Nights) - 3. Weekend Shift
Saturday & Sunday
6AM-6PM (Days)
6PM-6AM (Nights)
Pay rates
- Days: £12.60 – £25.34 per hour
- Nights: £13.50 – £27.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
As a Production Operatives, you will play a key role in the day-to-day production process, ensuring products are made to the highest standard and ready for distribution. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for those who enjoy active work and take pride in attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on the production line, packing, labelling, and quality-checking products
- Operating machinery and following health and safety guidelines
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following production schedules and company procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
About You
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, food production environment
- A team player, willing to learn and adapt
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial, but not essential – full training is provided
- Flexibility with shifts and overtime when required
