Machine Operator (Rotating Shifts - Full-Time). SureStaffing UK Ltd are currently recruiting for our client, a globally recognised leader in the packaging industry, based in Featherstone, West Yorkshire.
This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent training and long-term career growth.
Ideal Candidate For The Machine Operator Role Will Have
- Previous experience operating industrial machinery (manufacturing background preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail

Responsibilities And Duties Of a Machine Operator
- Set up, operate, and maintain industrial machinery to ensure smooth production
- Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and product quality
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and uphold company quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
- Report and resolve any machine or process issues promptly
Shift Pattern For a Machine Operator
- Rotating shift pattern (Days, Nights & Weekends)
- Shift times: 06:40 - 19:00 and 18:40 - 07:00
Pay Rate For a Machine Operator
- £14.43/hour
- goes up to £15.80 after 12 weeks
