Position Overview
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing, managing and scaling our affiliate and partner marketing programmes, ensuring sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, and performance-based acquisition, with strong analytical skills and the ability to build and nurture strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Programme Development & Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners to drive traffic and conversions.
Manage relationships with affiliates, providing support, performance analysis, and regular communication to drive engagement.
Negotiate commission structures, promotional campaigns, and partnership agreements to optimise performance.
- Performance Optimisation & Data Analysis
Monitor affiliate performance metrics, tracking key KPIs such as conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
Conduct A/B testing and optimise affiliate landing pages, creatives, and campaign structures to maximise efficiency.
Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PartnerStack, Impact, or similar platforms) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, providing actionable insights to improve revenue growth.
- Strategic Growth & Innovation
Research and implement new affiliate marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Identify growth opportunities within emerging markets, niche partnerships, and alternative traffic sources.
Develop and launch exclusive affiliate campaigns, promotions, and incentive programmes to enhance engagement.

Monitor for fraudulent or non-compliant activity, taking necessary actions to maintain programme integrity.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or similar role in performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and partnership management.
- Experience with Google Analytics, affiliate tracking software (e.g., Impact, CJ, Awin, or PartnerStack), and data analysis tools.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with affiliates and partners.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in optimising ROI-driven marketing strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement scalable affiliate recruitment and engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and digital advertising as they relate to affiliate marketing.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
