Grounds Maintenance Operative - Laleham
Pay: Weekly Pay Immediate Start Available We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team as soon as possible.
This is a static role, meaning you will be based at one site with no travelling required.
Duties
Grass mowing and lawn maintenance.
Hedge trimming and pruning.
Weeding flower beds, pathways, and landscaped areas.
Weed spraying in accordance with health and safety procedures.
Maintaining the yard where plants are stored, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well organised.
Watering plants and carrying out general plant care.
Sweeping and clearing leaves, litter, and debris.
Operating mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, and weed sprayers safely.
Keeping the site clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience is preferred.
Experience using grounds maintenance equipment.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
