5.5 days, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm/ Sat 9am-1pm (Sat can WFH)

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise with operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely data processing.
  • Receive stock checklists, load items to store using trolley, and update records in the system.
  • Prioritize and allocate pick-and-pack orders to courier partners for local and export deliveries.
  • Oversee store operations and inventory management for car accessories.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and forecast replenishment needs based on sales trends.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, manage stock rotation, and ensure timely restocking.
  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly for both online and in-store sales.
  • Coordinate preparation, packing, and shipment of orders with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Track delivery status and resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, or errors.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure product availability and support customer requirements.
  • Handle customer enquiries related to order status, delivery, returns, and exchanges.
  • Prepare basic inventory and fulfilment reports and support other warehouse administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfilment processes.
  • Able to handle data entry and update systems accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as loading items using a trolley.
  • Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be provided.
