Working days & hours: 5.5 days
- Weekday: Day Shift: 7:45am-3:15pm / Night Shift: 1:45pm-9:15pm
- Weekends & PH: Day Shift: 7:45am-1:15pm / Night Shift: 12:45pm-6:15pm
Job Scope:
- Guide students how to train effectively: Coach and motivate students in a safe and highly engaging fitness environment, utilising a unique personal trainer system.
- Coach in a small group setting: Lead small group training sessions (up to 4 students) to ensure proper exercise technique and students’ safety.
- Foster a positive atmosphere and experience by motivating and inspiring clients to achieve their full potential by providing ongoing support and encouragement.
- Help coach students beyond the gym by offering guidance and support through regular check-ins on their daily exercise, nutrition, and habits.
- Cultivate and maintain community: Grow our community by contributing to building a strong, supportive community spirit within the gym.
Job Requirement:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training is preferred.
