The Supply Register is currently working in partnership with multi-academy trusts across West Midlands and are looking to find experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their schools on a day-to-day, short-term and temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working in a school and transfer your skills from working with children in other fields such as youth work or coaching. We have roles available to suit your needs whether this is full-time, part-time, long-term or day to day.
We are looking for cover supervisors to support across all key stages and subject specialisms. As a Teaching Assistant, you will manage classroom behaviour and support the diverse needs of our schools.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with children (classroom based)
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Valid enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High expectations of all pupils
- High expectations of themselves and work collaboratively to improve teaching and raise standards across the schools
