We are seeking professional and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our dedicated staff bank for placements at Tamworth secondary schools, beginning in January 2026.

As a Cover Supervisor within CAT, you will play a crucial role in upholding the trust's high standards by ensuring the continuity of learning and a positive, disciplined environment during short-term teacher absences.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise classes and confidently deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4).
