Position: Day-to-day supply, short-term supply, and long-term placements
Pay: Β£79.37 - Β£90.77 per day (dependent on experience)

The Supply Register is proud to work in partnership with local schools to recruit dedicated Teaching Assistants for schools in Telford. As part of our exclusive talent pool, you will have the opportunity to support students across both primary and secondary settings on a flexible basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students in the classroom.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support students to stay focused and engaged in their learning.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
- Support students' emotional and pastoral well-being when required.
- Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.
- Report any concerns to the appropriate school staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a or in a similar school-based role is desirable.
- Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply) β Enhanced DBS.
- A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development.
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents (communication skills).
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a busy school environment (organisational skills).
