We are currently recruiting reliable, confident, and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join the team at Tudor Grange Academy, Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and high-achieving school community.
The Role
- Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain classroom engagement.
- Manage behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
- Support students with their learning and development as needed.
