We are actively recruiting confident, professional, and reliable Cover Supervisors to join the bank of staff for TMET schools, with placements beginning in January 2026.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during the short-term absence of the regular class teacher.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise classes across various subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4).
- Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay on task.
- Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any behavioural incidents.
