Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that foster a love of learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused and engaged.
- Provide tailored support to meet individual student needs, both academically and emotionally.
- Assess students' progress, providing feedback and next steps for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff within the school and across the multi-academy trust.
- Report any safeguarding concerns in line with school policies and procedures.
- Qualified Primary Teacher: You must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Experience: Previous experience in a primary school setting is essential.
- Enhanced DBS Check: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
- Passion for Education: A deep commitment to teaching and supporting young children’s learning.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with students, colleagues, and parents effectively.
