We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Pensions Officer to work for St Teresa Multi Academy Trust. This is a part-time role, working 2 days per week (days negotiable), 52 weeks per year, with an ASAP start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer pension schemes
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of pension data, contributions, and monthly/annual returns
  • Act as the main point of contact for pension providers, payroll, and employees
  • Provide guidance and advice to staff on pension-related queries
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory pension requirements
  • Support audits and respond to pension-related data requests

About You

  • Proven experience in pension administration
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident working with payroll systems and spreadsheets
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
  • Experience within education or a Multi Academy Trust is desirable
