We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Pensions Officer to work for St Teresa Multi Academy Trust. This is a part-time role, working 2 days per week (days negotiable), 52 weeks per year, with an ASAP start.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer pension schemes
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of pension data, contributions, and monthly/annual returns
- Act as the main point of contact for pension providers, payroll, and employees
- Provide guidance and advice to staff on pension-related queries
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory pension requirements
- Support audits and respond to pension-related data requests
About You
- Proven experience in pension administration
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident working with payroll systems and spreadsheets
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- Experience within education or a Multi Academy Trust is desirable
