Job Title: Partnership Executive \\n\\nReporting to: Regions Manager\\n\\nLocation: Birmingham \\n\\nThe Supply Register are an education recruitment managed service provider working in partnership with Multi Academy Trusts & Colleges across England and Wales. Our vision is to transform recruitment in the changing world of education & our mission is to become the sector's most trusted education recruitment company.\\n\\nWith several of our key accounts operating in the West Midlands area, we are looking for a new partnership executive to join us.\\n\\nAs a Partnership Executive, you will be the key account manager and first port of contact for some of our key accounts. You will work alongside the wider team to enhance our partnerships and provide outstanding service to our clients.\\n\\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join our journey and be a part of something special!\\n\\nRole & Responsibilities:\\n\\nOversee and manage relationships with a designated College\\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and on-site visits\\nProvide an excellent candidate journey for all teaching and non-teaching staff\\nEffectively manage a variety of long term and day to day vacancies\\nBuild a strong pool of experienced and vetted candidates ready for placement\\nConduct interviews with prospective candidates\\nWork alongside the team to develop candidate attraction techniques and provide an outstanding candidate journey\\nWork collaboratively with our partnership agencies to ensure that School requirements are met\\nDeliver excellent service to facilitate outstanding relationships to our clients\\nThe ideal candidate will have:\\n\\nAt least 1 year in a recruitment or account management role\\nHave an understanding managed service solutions\\nDemonstrated success in providing outstanding customer service\\nThe ability to problem solve and navigate through challenges effectively\\nExcellent interpersonal skills\\nExcellent attention to detail\\nA full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the region as required\\nMotivation and drive to grow with the company\\nIn return, The Supply Register can offer:\\n\\nA generous basic salary (negotiable, depending on your experience)\\nHybrid working\\nPrivate healthcare plan\\nTwenty-five days plus birthday and public holidays per year (Increasing by 1 day each year to 29 days)\\nA team who celebrate achievements \\nOpportunities to progress up our career ladder\\nPension Scheme
